The best of the Norfolk-style hot dog shops still around the area. Great dogs and fries. Family owned and staffed. A must-have when I visit Hampton Roads.

Great food, made fast. The banana pudding is a MUST. Clearly popular with the locals, but not unpleasantly crowded at all. Very sweet service as well

First time visiting, and it was delicious! I ordered the Norfolk and the all beef dog all the way (mustard, chili, and raw onions). The difference is that Norfolk is a blend with a natural casing, which gives it a snap when you bite it. It is a la carte, so I ordered a side of fries . The food was hot and satisfying. Don't forget to try the banana pudding! It was a nice serving for a dessert. The atmosphere and service were comfortable and welcoming. I am looking forward to returning soon.

Such a cute small place. The staff is always super friendly. Less than a 2 minute drive from my work so super convenient for lunch. The food is delicious. We love Kevin’s Dog House

Having been stationed in Norfolk over 30 years ago I was turned onto Tony's by a local and never missed a chance to knock for or five out at a time. Then I moved north but would occasionally visit the area, then my daughter was stationed in Norfolk and told me about Kevin's ten years ago and I added them to my roster of places to eat when visiting. Then recently I came to Va Beach for a visit and Tony's was gone heartbroken but not deterred I knew Kevin's would satisfy that craving and was not disappointed as i know Kevin once told me he grew up on Tony's and took it as a compliment to be compared to Tony's. I have to say Kevin's is outstanding. The chili is just a tad spicier and that is OK with me . The place is full of locals as i was once one of those locals and I love it. Service is quick and fast and the dogs give me a feeling and taste that only brings back fond memories of living and working in the Norfolk/ Va Beach area a long time ago.......Customer for life.... now if i did not live in Philadelphia...
